The wait time on the phone sometimes is bad but that's just because every one buys from them if any one has been there they know the staff there is on the phone 24/7 trying to help as many people as they can. I ordered replacement hubcaps. I received a call advising me that the hubcaps ordered were scratched so if it was OK with me they would order different ones. They then called me to let me know they arrived. It only took a few days. Good service!
